SNOW DAY!
2 inches of snow this morning caused accidents all over the roads and interstates, closed roads up Signal Mountain, delayed the opening of banks and universities, and closed doctor offices, daycares, courts and schools.
ah...relaxation!

That's exactly what happens when it snows in Vancouver! Of course here in Idaho we are used to snow so nothing gets closed or delayed.
Same with Edmonton ... we have a Blizzard and everyone continues life as normal but in Vancouver it snows a couple of inches and schools are closed, roads are closed and everyone panics.
